At Alerta y Control, we firmly believe that employment is a key tool for promoting social inclusion and independence for people with disabilities. That is why we pursue this mission through our Employment Centre for People with Disabilities: Aracas de Mantenimiento y Servicio S.L., established in 1999 and specialising in the comprehensive management of services.

Our aim is to provide people with disabilities with productive, paid employment adapted to their abilities, helping them enter the labour market. We design each recruitment and onboarding process individually, adapting working environments and duties to meet specific needs. We see these adjustments not as a cost, but as an investment in social responsibility and value.

Did you know?

Under Spain’s General Disability Act (LGD), companies with more than 50 employees are required to reserve at least 2% of their positions for people with disabilities.

If your company cannot meet this requirement through direct employment, you may be able to fulfil your legal obligations by contracting professional services provided by our Employment Centre for People with Disabilities, in areas such as cleaning, maintenance, reception and administrative support.

Aracas Employment Centre for People with Disabilities is registered with the Register of Special Employment Centres of the Community of Madrid (No. 96) and has a qualified, committed and fully operational team.
